(V).Prizes are not transferable and shall not be exchanged for cash. (IV).To be eligible to enter the Contest and stand to win the prize, participant will be required to submit at least one entry by sharing his/her broken phone story. (III).The Contest will run from May 5th, 2014 to June 13th, 2014 inclusive. (II).The Contest is open to residents and citizens of of all countries aged eighteen (18) years and above and excludes the employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, and any other adviser, supplier or third party directly involved in this Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions at any time during the Contest.
(I).By participating in the Contest, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which will be interpreted by the Organizer, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Contest is organized by Wondershare Software.
